Blazej, President and CEO of ABART ESTATE, has co-founded it together with his partner and wife Agnieszka in September of 1999. The company initially focused on residential architectural and interior design. It was also involved in furniture trade business. Later, it engaged in the real estate brokerage for both residential and commercial markets. Since 2002, ABART ESTATE has been headquartered in New York City, and in 2006 ABART ESTATE Real Estate Poland was formed, with main office in Krakow. While remaining boutique in size, the company has been involved in over $200,000,000 in real estate transactions combined.

Blazej is a graduate of Cracow University of Economics (PL), holding his masters degree in Economics and International Relations. He has also participated in two series of extensive real estate courses at the New York University, and is currently enrolled in the Certified Commercial Investment Member Program, offered by the CCIM Institute of Chicago (US).

Agnieszka, as a co-founder of ABART ESTATE, has been with the firm continuously since its inception in September of 1999. In the early years she was the core of its activity, focused primarily on providing architectural and interior design services to its clients in Krakow, Poland. After relocating to the US in 2002, Agnieszka worked at ABART ESTATE part time, while being fully engaged in high-end residential architectural and interior design for high profile clients and celebrities in Manhattan and the Hamptons, NY; Greenwich, CT; and Palm Beach, FL – working as a part of a team under one of the most respected designers in New York City.

Agnieszka is a graduate of Cracow University of Technology (PL), holding her masters and engineering degree in Architectural Design. She has also been enrolled in an exchange program at the University of Tennessee (US). Agnieszka is licensed and registered as an Architect of the Republic of Poland, and is currently in process of obtaining her US professional licensing.

Krzysztof joined ABART ESTATE full time in January of 2008 as a Managing Partner and Principal Broker for the Polish office, after retiring as a President of the Board and CEO of a very successful, internationally recognized and respected, Polish agricultural firm.
